Staffing levels continue to expand at Eclipse Translations as we welcome Katie Wilkinson and Mark Nicholls to the project management team.
Both Katie and Mark have joined our Northumberland Office to ensure the smooth running of translation projects requested by our ever-expanding International client base.
Katie, who lives in Northumberland, studied French and Spanish and has always been passionate about languages. Prior to joining Eclipse, Katie spent almost two years travelling throughout Asia and Australasia.
Katie said, “Throughout my working career, I have learnt an array of skills from various industries which are an invaluable asset and have been of great benefit in my new role. I am enjoying having my own projects to manage from start to finish, as well as the challenges that come with the process. The exposure to so many languages on a daily basis is something that I thoroughly appreciate.”
When she is not at work Katie enjoys yoga, being part of the writing & editing team for an online Francophile magazine and of course travelling to new places.
Mark joins Eclipse translation after recently working for the National Trust, at the famous Cragside House in Northumberland. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Primary Teacher and he has spent time working as a Management Accountant.
Mark said, “My previous experience has stood me in good stead to deal with the variety of challenges I face in my new role managing translation projects”
When Mark is not at the office, he enjoys playing tennis and football as well as spending time walking along the beautiful Northumberland Coastline.
